∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in mental health intervention and improvement-related projects, preferably in a managerial role for at least 1 year·
∎ Experience in administering psychological assessment sessions and conducting counselling/psychotherapy sessions·
∎ Experience in facilitating mental health workshops, trainings, and group therapy sessions·
∎ Experience in addressing and intervening in staff mental health issues and in safeguarding policy·
∎ Experience in process documentation and report writing·
∎ Knowledge of verbal and non-verbal behavioral analyses·
∎ Knowledge of developing/adapting standardized psychometric tools and scales
∎ Proactiveness, strong interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Program Head and contribute to the following matters.
∎ Psychological assessments and evaluation for both cockpit crews and company staff.
∎ Individual and group counseling for both cockpit crews and company staff for their personal and professional growth and daily stress management.
∎ Facilitate/co-facilitate mental health classes, workshops and training sessions for pilots, cabin crews, aircraft engineers and company staff.
∎ Develop psychometric testing tools and manuals for pilots, student pilots, cabin crews, trainee aircraft engineers and other professionals as a part of their recruitment process.
∎ Analyse clinical observation and in-depth interviews.
∎ Address emotional vulnerability and crisis intervention.
∎ Write psychological case reports.
∎ Handle workplace conflicts, grievance and individual staff concerns.
∎ Upgrade and improve company’s work environment by developing company’s work ethics, values, safeguarding policy and emotional wellbeing practices for all staff.
∎ Assess and evaluate staff mental health during their onboarding and termination in the company.
∎ Conduct survey and research for policy upgradation and staff satisfaction.
∎ Provide management and technical support and coordinate with different departments of US-Bangla Airlines, e.g. Human Resources, Flight Operations, Cabin Safety and Services, Medical Services, Airport Services, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research team etc.
∎ Develop plans and implement strategies to achieve the department's goals.
∎ Integrate psychological evaluation into recruitment and HR processes.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
