Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Public Health / Environmental Health / Health Science / Disaster Management focusing on Health Emergency or any other relevant disciplines from the recognized university with MPH.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Emergency Health Service, Humanitarian Response
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Context:
∎ DFAT AHP Bangladesh Rohingya Response Phase IV Inclusive Project.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for the delivery and management of the activities related to public health including disease outbreak and preparedness, plan and implementation, involving community and make aware of them in a way thus the project objectives are achieved ensuring high quality and timely inputs.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until June, 2024 with possibility of next one year extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance to the Project Manager (PM) for ensuring timely implementation of the project activity and produce structured work plan for each intervention.
∎ To enhance the technical capacity of the project team in Public Health Promotion approaches to ensure implementation of planned activities in targeted areas.
∎ To work closely with the public health engineer and implement an integrated PH programme to achieve the project objectives.
∎ Plan and organize the project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly, and project completion report as per prescribed reporting template along with case studies, best practices.
∎ Responsible for developing relevant tools for process, input, and output monitoring of project activities.
∎ Project Staff & CBVs capacity Development Training on social architecture
∎ Develop Social architecture & community session materials and perform behaviour change activities: Awareness session on MHM, Community Engagement (CE)
∎ Contribute to the staff capacity development training on (MMH, RANAS, Gender in WASH & Hygiene Promotion)
∎ Maintaining coordination and liaison with different level of relevant stakeholders and participating in the sectoral coordination meeting regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge on Rohingya Refugee context including Infection WaSH intervention in emergency/humanitarian situation. Sound knowledge on using different software related to data entry, analysis, report writing and preparing presentation etc. Ability to work hard, work under pressure in humanitarian response context, positive and can-do attitude, and ability to understand local language.
∎ Self-motivated, independent of the ability to perform multi-task.
∎ Proficiency in English speaking and writing
∎ Mentality to work in refugee camp area and field visit following Humanitarian Principles.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Attitude to support the staff as mentor, coach etc.
∎ Facilitation and strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Excellent writing and presentation skill in English
∎ Proven expertise in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
