Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Operate and control website
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
∎ Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Call analysis and plan for process betterment
∎ Regular reporting for the process
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
∎ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and company policies.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in telecommunication and customer care call center is preferable, Should have experience to work as a team leader or supervisor in any call center for 1 year minimum is a must.
∎ Smart looking and Smart behavior also preferable.
∎ Excellent communication skill and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day and Confident to take challenge.
∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent.
∎ Good computer skill with web browsing is required with good typing skill.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
