Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any Discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive/prepare material requisitions as per need
∎ Prepare cash requisition for purchasing goods with cash in accordance with materials requisition;
∎ Place the requisition to local purchase committee in case the amount is 25,000.00 to 99,999.00 (BDT);
∎ Send the requisition to central purchase committee in case the amount is more than 99,999.00 (BDT) and provide necessary support for collecting tender/quotation;
∎ Purchase all kind of materials in accordance with approved requisition;
∎ Ensure best value purchase verifying the market rate and product quality;
∎ • Submit all bills timely to accounts section after the completion of any purchase;
∎ Oversee repairing works and ensure supply of materials as per need;
∎ Manage daily store activities and keep the store neat and clean;
∎ Ensure storing/preservation of goods/materials in store as per organizational guidelines;
∎ • Keep record of the materials/goods in store maintaining a ledger in a leader and ensure their proper conservation;
∎ Prepare monthly store requisition, stock report;
∎ Notify the authority before expiry date of the materials/goods;
∎ Keep record of leave and as per office rule, prepare monthly leave report;
∎ Keep record and monitor office assets with the help of supervisors;
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Candidate having experience in store management and purchase work will be preferred.
∎ Candidate should be an expert user of MS Office.
∎ Age & educational restriction will be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ Candidate should have a hardworking mentality.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with a valid a driving license will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates having experience in a similar position of a similar organization will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of Probation period, the employee will be entitled for the benefits as per the service rules of organization including provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, kormi Bima, Kormi Sohayota Tohobil etc. Moreover, Purchase officer will get accommodation facility and 50 units of electricity per month free of cost.
