Requirements:

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ To understand all the items related to outsole raw materials.
∎ Working experience in out sole area.
∎ Responsible for cost effective sourcing of raw materials.
∎ Preferred footwear background but another area is also considerable.
∎ Must have knowledge about inventory skills, materials and identification.
∎ Must have sourcing of negotiation skills.
∎ Should be good understanding of financial analysis and be able to communicate effectively with both internals and externals.
∎ Must have the ability to identify, evaluate and select reliable and competitive suppliers for materials like rubber, IMEVA and other outsole items.
∎ Should maintain payments terms and delivery schedules from suppliers.
∎ To keep good relation with suppliers for a long-term collaboration.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistics provider and ensure timely efficient delivery to factory.
∎ Ability to work effectively as part of team is essential.
∎ Must have practical experience in end to end modern procurement practices.
∎ Must have knowledge in the raw materials of outsole such as IMEVA granules, rubber, PVC, TPR and EVA.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Role primary purpose is to optimize the procurement processes in the area of raw materials quality, cost and delivery.
∎ Must have knowledge in international trade and import-export custom regulations.
∎ Should have knowledge to calculate the landing cost of required raw materials.
∎ Strongly handle all type of outsole purchase items.
∎ As per factory requirement, try to give 100% effort.
∎ Always maintain communication with planning team.
∎ Managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Also play a key role in maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
∎ Establish cost parameter for different products and proper budget for purchase.
∎ Always try to cost minimize.
