∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or any course from BGMEA will get preference .
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyer Nominated NQC, Must have experience working as NQC in lingerie manufacturing factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Very good communication background to communicate directly to Customers & Company Head Office
∎ Work proactively to find out the defects at early stage of production comparing to avoid repeatedly mistakes.
∎ Attend Early Risk Assessment & VPP Meeting.
∎ Work closely with Buyer QC and all relevant department concern to ensure best Product Quality.
∎ Conduct inline and final inspection by confirming five parameters (Materials/Styling/Fitting/Appearance/ Measurement) with maintain standard /AQL.
∎ Giving feedback to production unit by conducing inspections with proper judgement defects ( major/minor/critical) segregation.
∎ Confirm on time shipment by following advance inspection schedule.
∎ Analyze and comparison Goal Progress data (daily/week/monthly) to achieve goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be worked as H&M Buyer NQC.
