Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and monitor the quality control system to ensure products achieve company/buyer quality standard.
∎ Training and monitor the QC team to have proper conduct the quality inspection for quality control, as well as training factory staff (factory key representative and designated auditor).
∎ As per buyer's requirement, solve all quality issues with factories as well as buyers.
∎ Evaluate the new factories; Do the analysis on product capacity, production capacity and factories' performance in every quarter of the year Provide complete scorecard and data.
∎ Supervise and ensure production is followed schedule.
∎ Review all buyer's comment and identify the issues on the sample, determine feasibility and possible impact, go through all sampling procedure with factories. Explain customers' requirements and comments to factories.
∎ Ensure all factories follow company's procedure/ rules/ regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
