Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to follow up & analysis to achieve the goal
∎ Follow up CAPA
∎ Conduct Internal Audit to confirm respected buyer requirement
∎ Implement buyer requirements at floor
∎ Maintain process control for better quality
∎ Implement & Follow up SOP
∎ Data analysis based on requirements
∎ Able to give training based on schedule or requirement to employee.
∎ Project implementation based on buyer requirement
∎ Emergency activities based on situation or buyer requirements
∎ Implement & follow up product safety
∎ Assist to Buyer during Technical/Product audit
∎ Functioning Quality Management System in factory premises
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Technical skill on the quality issue
∎ 3-4 year works experience in Manager Position
∎ Good command on Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
∎ Strong analytical and problems solving skills
∎ Effective verbal and listening communications skills
∎ Effective written communications skills
∎ Motivation and counseling skills
∎ Time management skills
∎ Emotional intelligence skills
