Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should know H&M procedure and QS system, MMR issue & QMS standard.
∎ Should know overall quality assurance functions of delivering products to H&M
∎ Should Know Country Routine of Sewing & Finishing for H&M Buyer
∎ Should have defect detecting & controlling capacity
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ To ensure that quality of garments delivered to H&M are in line with their (H&M) needs and company's objects.
∎ Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.
∎ Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following H&M technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with H & M quality practices.
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production
∎ Assist to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience as QS/QMS
∎ With relevant manufacturing experience
∎ Should know MS Office programs
∎ Fluently written and spoken English
∎ Able to issue inspection report and email communication in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
∎ Attention to details
∎ Available for travel when necessary
∎ Strong leadership quality to drive self-inspection model
Salary: Negotiable
