∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Strategic leadership,development & implementation of GMP system.
∎ Establish all written procedure in compliance with good manufacturing practices(GMP)
∎ To prepare and update SOPs related to QA and others department.
∎ To maintain quality management system as per ISO/IEC17025
∎ Be familiar with the regulatory requirements specific to set up new lab & ensures all users are in compliance with those standards.
∎ Certifying instrument performance;arranging equipment replacement,service&repair.
∎ update & maintain the Lab Safety Plan/Manual & the SDS Manual.
∎ Accompany the EHS Manager & external audit(BSTI)during Lab Inspections.
∎ Arrange batch release after evaluation of all batch documents.
∎ Review of Product &documentation for continuously improving quality goal.
∎ Follow up daily production meeting,efficiency&productivity standards to maintain its quality & production.
∎ To check & ensure the Quality Control Parameters of products through from raw material to finished goods.
∎ Involve in sampling and per-productions,liaise with purchase dept.& vendors to do proper handover to ensure first time sample approval.
∎ Daily review of Laboratory testing report & identify failures &take remedial actions to resolve the issues & provide require guidance to plant.
∎ Review product performance specs & test procedures of all product categories.
∎ Work with PPIC to review weekly,monthly& quarterly plans & ensure quality parameters of our in-house specification.
∎ To ensure the cleaning& hygiene condition of overall plant to perform Process validation &cleaning validating activity.
∎ Maintain quality SOP & responsible for quality & technical related issues arising in production & timely solutions. to ensure on time delivery & zero quality claims.
∎ Review adult findings daily & find remedial actions & ensure customers satisfaction.
∎ Carry out any assignment given by the management as &when required .
