Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Install and maintain effective quality system to ensure product’s quality.2. Plan, coordinate and implement the quality control system in production process.3.Ensure that the quality assurance & control system is in place & working as envisaged.4.Make the team members understand the buyer’s specifications through an orientation.5. Examine the weaknesses of the existing quality control system and modify to make the system more effective.6. Participate in the Pre-Production meeting and contribute to make it successful.7. Ensure that the AQL of the Company is properly maintained and exceeded.8. Confirm actual specification of buyers if there is any ambiguity or confusion. 9. Install both preventing and remedial measures against occurrence of any defect in products.10. Coordinate with all Independent QA for their inspections/audits independently on regular basis and achieve buyer/3rd party final inspection fail rate at ZERO level.11. Prepare weekly/monthly progress report (Inline, Initial, Pre-final, Final, audit) and submit to management for review.12. Analyze the fail inspection report and identify the root cause and ensure for taking corrective and preventive actions.13. Audit all QA procedure and systems are maintained properly to ensure DHU% below 5% and to improve to achieve ZERO%.14. Audit external factory and submit the audit report to management for approval.15. Perform yearly performance appraisal of subordinates and find out their weakness. Also provide necessary training (QI, QC, GPQ, and QA) to develop their skill & capacity to perform their activities effectively.16. Conduct periodic awareness program for team members & production manning that there is no chance to get any critical issue during any buyer & 3rd party audit.17. Motivate the team members and ensure proper discipline to keep up their morale.18. Keep meaningful contribution in confirming timely shipment in accordance with the time chart.19. Check and confirm proper housekeeping in factory on regular basis.20. Help other team members and respect the company COC, policy & procedure.
