Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in civil engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a quality standard of civil and finishing work and ensure proper compliance and documentation.
∎ Managing and overseeing all quality related activities on the project to ensure compliance to BNBC code, building construction standard, associated regulation (RAJUK) and other QMS standard.
∎ Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
∎ Material quality check as per standard.
∎ Quality inspection and verification with comprehensive proposals.
∎ To check market rate of different materials and review some bills of contractors.
∎ To monitor mobilization and construction progress and make sure that they are completed well ahead of time.
∎ Ensure that project cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
∎ Daily project visit is essential to ensure quality works and materials.
∎ Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
