Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be having good Technical knowledge of all types of Knit and Woven Garments.
∎ Should have proven knowledge in managing the Total Quality Management system of the factory including the management of all technical and system audit operations.
∎ Responsible for line quality matters of Knit & Woven garments.
∎ Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Maintain daily quality report & other documentation works.
∎ Maintain check list, cross check & take action plan accordingly.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary quality related reports required by Quality Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Related professional training or educational qualifications will be definitely given more priority.
∎ Having good knowledge in modern Garments Quality methodology.
∎ Good technical & conceptual skills.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
