∎ Telco Background highly recommended.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring inbound and outbound call,
∎ Customer Service performance.
∎ Developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes and procedures.
∎ Prepare, monitor and analyze daily reports for productive actions.
∎ Provide feedback to Call Center Supervisor and concern department.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
