∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Plans, directs, and performs quality assurance activities necessary to ensure product and process compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
∎ Responsible for developing and guiding quality assurance program plans, inspection plans and inspection equipment requirements in both Electronic manufacturing and development processes.
∎ Manages the corrective and preventative action process and manages quality communications with vendors and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities
∎ review dockyard audit and surveillance programs for efficiency and recommend changes to the Dockyard manager.
∎ provide cost estimates for manpower and material associated with conducting audits and surveillance.
∎ Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance Manual and procedures in accordance with standards.
∎ Perform all essential duties as the Quality Representative as defined in the QMS, including Management Review.
∎ Responsible for ensuring that all purchased material and fabricated parts meet established standards.
∎ Responsible for final acceptance testing of all products.
∎ Responsible for collecting quality data, data analysis and reporting
∎ Oversees non-conforming material process.
∎ Oversees site supplier / procurement quality activities
∎ Maintain inspection records, quality related updated documents codes, standards, specification etc. as required by the quality system.
∎ Preparation of Quality standard for Hull, piping and Bulk head, deck penetration for production weld quality control and inspection (codes: DNV, NS, IACS, ASME V, ASME B31.1, B31.3, and B31.95 16.25).
∎ Review of welder qualification, WPS, PQR.
∎ Follow up of block, tank fabrication, and inspection from fit up stage, dry survey
∎ Planning and Execution of piping and Bulk head penetration work through engineers and supervisors towards the planned schedule.
∎ Maintain inspection records, quality related updated documents codes, standards, specification etc. as required by the quality system.
∎ Managing all documentation works / test reports / certificates / records and keep all in a good filling system.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years

∎ MS-EX, Auto CAD, MS-Word
