Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily sales operations to ensure adherence to standard procedures and company guidelines.
∎ Review and evaluate client interactions (calls, emails, messages) to assess quality and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Identify gaps in service quality and recommend actionable improvements.
∎ Develop and maintain quality control checklists and evaluation forms.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
∎ Assist in training new team members on quality standards and expectations.
∎ Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement best practices for consistent client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare quality reports, metrics, and performance analytics for departmental review.
∎ Ensure all client bookings, payments, and follow-ups are handled professionally and accurately.
∎ Support compliance with legal and travel industry standards.
