Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Diploma in Textile engineering.
∎ Graduation from any discipline if the candidates are interested to work in garment industry.
∎ In some cases, with good computer knowledge and good English, HSC can also be considered.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young and energetic fresh graduates from any discipline to work in Quality Control department of one of the growing garments manufacturing facilities in Bangladesh. If you are highly passionate about contributing to the country`s biggest industry, then this can just be the right place and position for you to start with.
∎ Job location: Bagabari, Ashulia, Savar. (Near Fantasy Kingdom)
∎ Work schedule:
∎ Work hours- 8am to 7pm
∎ Lunch break- 1pm to 2pm
∎ Work days - 6 days a week.
∎ Off day- Fridays.
∎ We are a 100% American Owned Custom Shirts manufacturer.
∎ We are a fast growing manufacturing facility which can be an ideal place to work at for any job seeker.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The key responsibility of the position is to inspect the Quality of the garments and follow the necessary steps set by the company include
∎ Inspecting if the garments have been sewn as per the required measurement.
∎ Inspecting if the garments have been made using right kind of fabrics.
∎ Inspecting if the garments have any visible defect which would fail the Garments to pass QC.
∎ Putting the measurement figures in a computer.
∎ Inspect fabric and trims quality pre-wash and after wash
∎ Segmenting videos with Order Processing Associates if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be able to read, write and do basic communication in English.
∎ Candidates must be able to work with high sense of awareness.
∎ Candidates must be able to handle pressure.
∎ Candidates must be honest with the commitment of work.
∎ Should be able to work long hours.
∎ Candidates must be humble, co-operative, patient, very punctual and well behaved.
∎ Candidates must not show any indifference to any of the task or responsibility assigned by the management, even if on occasion the task is not quality control related
∎ Good knowledge of using Excel, MS word will add value to the candidates' prospect of being hired.
∎ Candidates must be willing to work and thrive in a Garments Manufacturing Factory.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period 6 months. After completion of probation, Salary will be revised as per performance.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Promotions and other added benefits beside monthly salary will be in place as per company policies.
