∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have the ability to provide training to the staff & workers.

∎ Especially, the Experience of Buyers like ;  Kontoor, otto ,LPP, ZARA, Up-to-date knowledge of QMS, IE, and lean tools;
∎ Knowledge of updated machines and equipment
∎ Strong work ethic in work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement;
∎ Implementation of the quality process as per SOP.
∎ Set the Quality standards and drive the Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance;
∎ Prepare a quality action plan and arrange Risk assessment PP, Pilot, First Bulk, and meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments, and analyze results;
∎ Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plans and analysis results;
∎ Conduct quality audits daily basis and submit reports to the Unit Head of the department;
∎ Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records.
∎ Prepare the factory for technical/Quality Audit
