Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: 4 to 5 years in the relevant position
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
8 to 10 years experience in related department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the quality team independently, Responsible for ensuring the quality of wash.
∎ Checking, Controlling and ensuring the quality of Dry & Wet processes of Samples as per the customers' precondition.
∎ Leading and developing an effective team of Wet QA, Dry QA, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues in the laundry.
∎ Identifying the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality related issues & communicating them to wash team
∎ Target fixing & achieving the goal as per the shipment plan to ensure the on time delivery
∎ Sound keeping of necessary documents
∎ Maintaining & ensuring safe, clean & organized floor following 5s methodology. Should have good knowledge of various washing on denim & dyeing
∎ Should have knowledge on buyer required testing parameters like as tearing strength, seam strength, color fastness (Rubbing, water-perspiration, ozone etc.)
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of personnel within the quality department, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Performing any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have practical experience in the following area(s): Quality Inspection (Denim Laundry), Denim Washing (Dry Process & Wet Processes),
