Fabric Quality, Quality control, Quality Management and Garment Lab Testing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being responsible for ensuring the quality of washing & garment dyeing.
∎ Preparing schedule and planning the daily work and delegate team mate depending on the workload and priority.
∎ Coordinating with all washing units and sharing knowledge for workable solution.
∎ PDCA to ensure quality of finished goods. Reporting & monitoring with concern department.
∎ Understanding different buyer's specification & technical requirements.
∎ Adequate knowledge of doing bulk washing and garment dyeing.
∎ Being responsible for delivering acceptable goods as per buyer's quality aspects.
∎ Having washing machine knowledge, calibration of machineries tools & risk factors.
∎ Capable to maintain all compliance issues as per requirements.
∎ Able to lead the quality team independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience of establishing raw material testing standards.
∎ Organized and efficient - ability to multi-task and prioritize.
∎ Systematic approach to logging and recording information.
∎ Have leadership capabilities and training skills to team.
∎ Coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
∎ Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, & take on new tasks as needed.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in english.
∎ Good in MS-Office for reporting & record keeping.
