Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having clear knowledge about all type of wash on jeans.
∎ Make the proper evaluation of washing (wet & dry process) and control quality matters.
∎ Ensure customer quality, testing, and workman ship requirements are met.
∎ Monitoring Wash & Dry line score sheets by hourly basis.
∎ Training of QA and evaluation.
∎ Conduct PP meeting with relevant persons and identify areas of improvement and provide required guidance to the Quality Auditors and others concern people.
∎ Daily review of Laboratory testing reports and identify failures and take remedial actions to resolve the issues and provide require guidance to factories.
∎ Exposure of product knowledge and competency in all types of Denim garments washing with high embellishments, prints and finishing.
∎ Good communication skill with internal team and buying team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Quality / Technical / Production Management in reputed manufacturing company is require.
∎ Handling top end customers, quick turnaround, high quality garments and strict quality assurance and compliance standards.
∎ First hand communication experience with customer's technical teams and manufacturers to get the job done meeting the expectation on timeline and quality.
∎ Manager level experience in any reputed factory.
∎ Ability to judge professional situations and relationships and represent the best interests of the company.
∎ Ability to coordinate, manage and lead large scale projects.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should have knowledge of MS office, mail exchange and ERP software management.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
