∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Sound knowledge for both (DRY and WET process) quality also able to handle both shift quality.
∎ Have sound Knowledge on Garments Washing Quality.
∎ Must have the capacity to lead the Quality team.
∎ Capable to work independently and proactively.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ At least 5 years in the same position.
∎ Must have on computer applications.
∎ Applicants should have experience in wet & dry process in washing plant.
∎ The Candidate should have working experience with H&M, M&S, ZARA, LPP, NEXT, C4, GUESS, Group Dynamite etc.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to check and monitor allover wash quality of the factory.
∎ Have sound knowledge about QMS & Technical aspects of Wet & Dry processes.
∎ To follow up and maintain the exact Quality Passing based on the standard of both (wet and dry) sections.
∎ Prepare a Quality Manual and provide training and educate the Wash QA Team accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with washing units and Central QA team on a daily basis.
∎ To maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ To get a quality report in the morning from the night shift.
∎ To identify the root-cause of various wash quality issues and set action plans for corrections against each of the issues with the involvement of PM/FM/GM/Director.
∎ Follow up on the proper system of all dry and wet processes.
∎ To instruct the quality team to get quality work.
∎ Prepare the hourly/daily quality report and send it to GM/Director.
∎ Prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve as per plan.
∎ To deal with the buyers.
∎ Supervise and follow up the fellow QC people.
∎ To attend the production meeting, get information for the upcoming order and set the target.
∎ To keep ready the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ To ensure continuous training of QA personal to enhance the knowledge of the quality team.
∎ Implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
