Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B. Sc. in civil from any reputed Public/ Private Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and drawings.
∎ Preparing all billing records and maintaining it.
∎ Investigation and checking of works at site for the project.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials & labor to determine project feasibility.
∎ Estimation & billing of buildings and other civil works.
∎ Carrying out field visits (when necessary) and assess the quantities for tender bidding, making valuations of work done quantities etc.
∎ Preparing budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations.
∎ Review and assist bid proposals and prepare bid recommendations.
∎ Checking payments to suppliers and contractors.
∎ Study the architects and designers plans, identify the costs involved and then setting an overall estimated budget for the project.
∎ Assist in reviewing and analyzing construction documents, including drawing, scope of work and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years in related field.
∎ Govt. Work experience is Preferable.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
