Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering. BSc will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculation of complete quantity take-off for all civil and architectural discipline for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
∎ Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) for pricing, costing,
∎ Subcontractor Quotation check for bill payments.
∎ Keep in record for more cost-of Scope of project. -efficient alternatives to the proposed
∎ Built a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client.
∎ Keep the client documents for future adjustment.
∎ Preparation of Variation & Claims for related change works.
∎ Preparation of Project materials statement.
∎ Follow and ensuring the work schedule to complete the project time.
∎ Assigning works to the contractor.
∎ Built a good co-ordination with all purpose.
∎ Preparation of Variation for related change works.
∎ IPC and MB Calculation related works.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Quantity Survey, Autocad, MS Office
∎ Having Organizational Management (Leadership) Quality.
∎ Having Entrepreneurial Thinking & Strategic Planning Capability.
∎ Having Strong Command over both in written & verbal English.
∎ Sincerity & Dedication.
∎ Positive & Pro-active.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
∎ Creativity & adaptable to Modern System.
∎ Problem Solving & Analytical
Salary:
∎ 35000 - 50000 (Negotiable).
