Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic knowledge on Telecommunication especially on GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G & Transmission.
∎ Able to work in MS office (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
∎ Basic understandings on IoT, AI and Machine Learning.
∎ Proficient in Python/R/SQL.
∎ Have sound knowledge on Map Info, TEMS, Swissqual, Forte, Mentum Planet.
∎ High level of honesty and commitment to accomplish the job in time.
∎ Sharp Knowledge and positive approach towards challenges.
∎ Good communication skill & Team player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for improving QoS(both Voice and Data) of Network.
∎ Analyze Drive test log files to identify root cause of Poor quality Spots, Call drop, Handover failure etc.
∎ Design, develop, and deploy  a process to analyze statistical counters to identify root cause of KPI’s degradation and formulate action plan to improve Call drop rate, Handover success rate, Call set Up success rate, throughput, Data Drop rate, VQI etc.
∎ Identify Overshooting from IM (Interference Matrix) generated through AFP tool·
∎ Identify Sector swap from IM & Drive test.
∎ Plan Frequency to improve Voice KPI’s (retainability, Accessibility and Mobility)
∎ TA based overshooting Analysis.
∎ NBR & FP Audit and correction.
∎ WO Automation.
