∎ **We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our real estate offerings.
∎ **Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote plots and flats- Manage online and offline marketing channels- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends- Create and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing materials- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns- Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions
∎ **Requirements:**
∎ - Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role in the real estate industry
∎ - Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ - Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ - Creative and strategic thinker with a results
∎ -driven approach- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
