Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive raw shrimp from suppliers as per factory guidelines and approved quality standards.
∎ Verify and document quantity, grade, and condition of incoming raw materials.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers regarding any mismatch in quality, grade, or quantity.
∎ Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspection and approval of materials.
∎ Handover accepted raw shrimp to the chilled room under Production Manager supervision.
∎ Maintain detailed records of daily receiving activities, including material specifications and supplier information.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on received quantities, grades, and supplier performance to top management.
∎ Supervise or assist in the safe and organized unloading of shrimp.
∎ Ensure all receiving-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
∎ Adhere to and promote hygiene, food safety, and factory compliance standards during receiving operations.
