∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
∎ Wholesale and Corporate business management
∎ Home based Internet service business management
∎ Regional market development
∎ New customer identification & retention of existing giving customer service top priority.
∎ Administration of regional office services
∎ Management and supervision of regional team activities.
∎ Promotion, generation and company sales targets achievement across the assigned product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
∎ Sustainable market growth by building customer relations
∎ Preparation of different management reports as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
∎ 8-10 years' experience in regional business management in a renowned ISP/ IIG service company is preferable
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Demonstrated skills in planning and integration
∎ Team management skill
∎ Ready to take cross functional role
∎ Hard working.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
