∎ Digital literacy, current tech trend awareness to capitalize the technology in order to ensure pace, simplicity and productivity
∎ Strong network and exceptional communication skills
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage retail, agency, individual life insurance, distribution channel and strategies of the assigned geographic area
∎ Lead the sales team of agency branches and other offices to achieve budgeted objectives and KPIs
∎ Capitalize on new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand the company’s retail presence across the assigned sales area
∎ Recruit, train and monitor performance of Branch Managers and Agency Supervisors.
∎ Monitor sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities
∎ Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
