Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting regional in-charge in development & execution of regional sales plan.
∎ Managing and monitoring the team to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with existing distributors & customers, retailer visits and sales channel development.
∎ Market trend, competitor analysis and consumer insight reporting.
∎ Training, coaching and performance evaluation of sales team.
∎ Monthly sales review, report and target follow-up.
∎ Proper implementation of promotional activities and field execution.
∎ Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.
∎ Must be prepared back-up plan for Dealer.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
∎ Monitoring competitors activities & reporting accordingly.
∎ Gathering market and customer information & SWOT/ROI analysis.
∎ Controlling of distribution, market stock & transport cost.
∎ Ensuring promotional activities accordingly.
∎ Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
∎ Trend & competitive analysis by brand & SKU.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Forecast consumer's demand and achieve Sales & Trade target.
∎ Monthly report submission in time.
∎ Maintain Stock daily, weekly, monthly.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill and must be maintain chain of command.
∎ Proper documentation knowledge.
