Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target and reporting to line manger - CSM (Channel Sales Manager), Head of Sales and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) daily / monthly / yearly basis;
∎ Monitoring & supervising sales area & territory's salesmen need to align area & territory's sales to achieve target;
∎ Oversee the Credit Collection from channels and report on market progress, credit realization and dealers performance;
∎ Effectively communicate sales schemes and consumer promotions in the assigned market by team;
∎ Executing sales growth plan and sales drive through a team effort to achieve the target;
∎ Monitoring retail infra management as per the company guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position:
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
