Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demand Forecasting and Target setting.
∎ Prepare sales budgets and approve budget expenditures and meet the yearly sales target and company short- and long-term sales goals.
∎ Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Create new area/ Market Development, must have quality to convince dealers / clients.
∎ Analyzing the competitor's activities & developing the pricing policy and Discount Rate & setting market penetration strategy and Scan what competitors doing right and wrong in market and what our weak points and objections are in the market that we could be improved.
∎ Find out competitors market share and positioning, product portfolio and Price, Competitors hot selling items, Discounts, monthly offer programs for dealer and customers.
∎ Frequently field visit and meet dealers to make new sale.
∎ To collect customer feedback & provide that to the Management.
∎ Create data base of potential customer for new sale and follow up for new sale.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Develop the right sales operation (SOP's) process.
∎ Operating all necessary functional activities like, conducting monthly sales meeting, distributor and Fabricators meet.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have experiences in marketing and sales, specifically selling all kinds of aluminum profiles in large aluminum manufacturing company are highly encouraged to apply.
