∎ Experienced in tracking the rehabilitation based progress.
∎ Previous working experience in WASH projects.
∎ Excellent command of the most common methodologies to identify, assess and monitor access and mobility relevant to disability and WASH services,

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Door to door clients / Persons with disabilities screening and assessment of target community people with therapy intervention.
∎ Preparation of treatment plan for follow up physiotherapy services.
∎ Provide Physiotherapy interventions in client home.
∎ Home Modification for better accessibility for Person with Disabilities
∎ Client referral to other professionals for medical and rehabilitation services.
∎ Selection of appropriate assistive device for clients.
∎ Documentation of client files and other related information about service delivery.
∎ Maintain therapy equipment,
∎ Assist the project team in Environmental Screening process in the project location.
∎ Assessing the accessibility in the WaSH structures both and target households and institutions to prepare plan for relevant construction activities under the project.
∎ Contribute to prepare IEC materials related to accessible WaSH and disability inclusion to be used in community awareness.
∎ Supervise the activities of the Rehab Assistant, Field Facilitators and the Community Interns;
∎ Support the WaSH officer in developing the PIP, Monthly and Quarterly action plan as well as reports.
∎ Adhere to CDD's Children and Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.
∎ Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.
∎ Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.
∎ Perform any other responsibility/ special duty delegated by project and CDD management.

∎ CDD is accepting application for the position of ‘Rehabilitation Officer’ under a project named ‘Strengthening local climate-sensitive and universal WASH capacities using and disseminating the Green Humanitarian Aid approach’.
∎ The Rehabilitation Officer will play a key role in the implementation of the healthcare and rehabilitation services under the WASH project. The successful candidate will be responsible for community engagement, project coordination, and ensuring the effective delivery of healthcare, rehabilitation and WASH activities on the ground. The duration of the project is till 31st October 2026.
∎ The selected candidate will initially be hired for a three-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, his/her employment contract will be renewed on an annual basis.
