Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Onboard new payroll clients and complete acquisition as per the process and strategy.
∎ Achieve monthly target and KPI for assigned area and segment.
∎ Achieve Annual Sales Targets through Quality RMG Account Acquisition.
∎ Planning and ensuring efficient and effective implementation of different activities within RMG segments.
∎ Analyze competitive scenario within the assigned potential Market and Implement Client/segment-based Action plans to stay ahead in the competition.
∎ Update relevant visit reports and market information on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain & Ensure healthy portfolio through quality acquisition with consistency through Pre-Sales channel.
∎ Client type/band wise activity/event planning, design & implementation.
∎ Coordinate internal stakeholders (i.e. legal, marketing, sales operations) for processing accounts.
∎ Collect competition information for further planning & initiative as MI.
∎ Visiting the portfolio accounts regularly for acquisition and keeps track of market trends.
∎ Ensure sustainable business growth in terms of Volume, Revenue and Number of Beneficiary.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with Assigned RMG Accounts of Payroll Business.
∎ Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market.
∎ Manage various reports of the accounts and keep improving.
∎ Identify the development area while visiting accounts and escalate for further action.
∎ Develop and design various campaigns with accounts to boost business.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Drive business growth by building, nurturing, and managing strong client relationship within the payroll service sector. This role involves the strategic acquisition of new payroll clients, particularly in the assigned territory, as well as maximizing the utilization of services within the onboarded factories to increase the number of payroll beneficiaries. This role also focuses on exploring new market opportunities to expand business. By ensuring smooth and effective account management, the role aims to 100% portfolio retention and continuous business growth.
