∎ Minimum one year of experience in working in the financial services industry (especially with incentive structure)
∎ Preference would be given to candidates with experience in Deposit Acquisition & Mobilization
∎ Strong verbal communication skill to convince potential remitters, remittance beneficiaries and other stakeholders
∎ Excellent computer operation skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, team player and capability to meet deadlines

∎ Acquire new remittance customers through field visits, campaigns, partnership, and referrals
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
∎ Educate customers about available Remittance Services and related banking products
∎ Ensure high quality services to remittance customers
∎ Ensure strict compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
∎ Achieve Monthly & Yearly sales targets set by the Bank
