Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, manage and deliver periodic MIS reports for management, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
∎ Streamline and automate routine and recurring internal reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL or other suitable platforms.
∎ Provide advanced data analytics, trend analysis and dashboard-driven insights to support SME business planning and decision-making.
∎ Monitor key indicators of SME portfolio performance across all branches, enabling early identification of performance gaps.
∎ Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity for both internal use and external regulatory submissions.
∎ Collaborate with relevant teams to produce accurate reports required by regulators and internal audit/compliance units.
∎ Work closely with IT, Credit Risk and other departments to integrate and align data sources and reporting objectives.
