∎ Masters in Agricultural Extension / Anthropology / Social Science / Development Studies or relevant field from reputed university.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Academic and/or work experience related to the field of social research particularly in Gender Inclusion activities.
∎ Sound knowledge on Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI), research methodology and data analysis.
∎ Proved experience in conducting household level survey, PRA, FGD and case study.
∎ Qualitative data analysis, compilation skill, capturing note and transcription activities in time.
∎ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work in rural community people, farmers, women group at the filed.
∎ Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently.
∎ Problem solving ability raised in the field time to time.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of the project activities with maximum efficiency and professionalism by planning, budget preparing and work plan.
∎ Monitor and supervise Field activities and report to supervisor.
∎ Participate meeting with donor, staff and stakeholders as and when necessary.
∎ Facilitate FGD session, KII and training at field.
∎ Organize meeting, workshop and communication with local administration.
∎ Develop digital/ electronically data collection tools and techniques.
∎ Track and report on project progress
∎ Other related tasks as needed for the implementation of the project in the field
