Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Assistant pass from any reputed institution or Training on Leprosy Control Assistant course form a reputed institution/organization with at least 2 years of experiences in the leprosy field.
∎ Willing to work in the community areas and must reside in posted Upazila level
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle and have valid driving license.
∎ Must be willing to show the loyalty to TLM mission, vision, values and policies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and perform leprosy Research work undertaken by the program.
∎ Support to GoB TLCA to run a leprosy clinic smoothly in an Upazila.
∎ Plan and perform Research and data collection in clinic label within one or two Upazila.
∎ Responsible for all paper work of Research and leprosy activity in an Upazila and helping GoB TLAC to report on it.
∎ Build a good relation with other TLM staff and the GoB staff at Upazila level.
∎ Plan and implement of research work day to day in cooperation with Research Supervisor/Project Health Officer.
∎ Assess patients for eligibility for trial, explain clearly to them, take informed consent, enroll into trial, and continue follow up of research patient.
∎ Follow instruction of RS/PHO as per need for activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Job Nature: Project based (on contract)
∎ Age: Not exceeding 35 years.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated Salary BDT 18,680.00 (negotiable based on experience) gross per month plus festival bonus as per organization policy.
