∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitask and management skills.
∎ Experience in supervising field teams and conducting fieldwork in diverse environments.
∎ High levels of demonstrated skills in prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
∎ Proven ability to draft comprehensive reports and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
∎ Proactive and able to handle assignments with minimum supervision.
∎ Able to work remotely and independently with an understanding of working in a multi-site environment.
∎ Willingness and enthusiasm for working with the multidisciplinary team.
∎ Practical knowledge of MS Office, STATA/SPSS, and GIS.
∎ Familiarity with electronic data collection platforms (e.g., ODK, KoboToolbox, or SurveyCTO)·
∎ Good communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate field research to ensure efficient data collection processes.
∎ Provide necessary support to research lead/team throughout the research timeframe.
∎ Coordinate team activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of study tasks.
∎ Organize and facilitate consultation meetings at field and national level with relevant stakeholders, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes.
∎ Design and develop quantitative data collection tools, including surveys and questionnaires, tailored to research objectives.·       Monitor the effectiveness of tools during field implementation and suggest improvements where necessary.
∎ Conduct field visits to ensure proper deployment and usage of data collection instruments.
∎ Oversee data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of collected data.
∎ Analysis of quantitative data using Stata/SPSS, R, etc.
∎ Analysis of qualitative data using NVivo/ Atlas AI·
∎ Assist in drafting and finalizing research reports, summarizing findings, and providing actionable recommendations.
∎ Create research/assessment summaries in multiple formats, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and written summaries.
∎ Assist team in preparing reports of completed projects for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
∎ Handle necessary administrative paperwork and other documentation needed for project validation and research quality control.
∎ Support to administrative tasks for the research as well as PAC·
∎ Assist in business development, profile building, communication, and report writing·
∎ Perform monitoring visit to the research work and produce report.
∎ Ensure that all involved acting on the organisation’s behalf are well aware of the Safeguarding Policy, Diversity and Dignity in the Workplace Policy, Code of Conduct, Fraud Policy and Whistleblowing policy.

∎ JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Research (80%)
∎ Coordinate field research to ensure efficient data collection processes.
