AECL has been conducting Initial Environment Examination, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plan, Resettlement Action Plan etc., in various fields such as Power Sector, Textile (Dyeing, Printing and Weaving), Pharmaceutical, Oil, Gas & Energy, Fertilizer, Cement, Pulp & Paper, Iron & Steel, Ceramic, Infrastructure, Food Industry, Tannery & Leather, Chemical Industries etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of RAP and SIA reports according to international leaders (WB/IFC/ADB)
∎ Preparation of Gender and GBV Action Plan.
∎ Identifying both social risks including potential issues of labour influx, and opportunities in connection with project interventions.
∎ Identifying the views and interests of the local peoples, in connection with their present socio-economic activities.
∎ Participate focus group discussions with local people.
∎ To develop RAP in consultation with local administration and stakeholders.
∎ Work with team identifying both social risks and opportunities in connection with project interventions.
∎ Attend meeting as and when required by the designated representative of client.
∎ Develop gender sensitive measures and indicators for incorporation into management plan.
∎ Preparation and submission of deliverables of the study.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 65 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-15 years of professional experience in preparation of SIA & RAP according to international leader standards.
∎ Frequent site visit may required.
