∎ Oversee daily restaurant operations and service quality
∎ Lead and manage front and back-of-house teams
∎ Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
∎ Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards
∎ Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
∎ Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving revenue targets
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Thai Express is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
