∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ National Retail expansion throughout TSM Team.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Arrange team development training to develop team performance.
∎ Find out the best team member and give them training and guideline to enrich team power.
∎ Set & follow up the team’s daily tasks and give input to increase their output.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with the national sales team and retailers.
∎ Liquid local dealer’s products to retail and help them to meet positive ROI.
∎ Maintain national retail stock and make sure healthy stock in each retail.
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential new market opportunities.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the retailer’s needs.
∎ Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
