∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to receive all kind of products and make product delivered within time.
∎ Provide all type of hardware support of UPS & IPS [for both online and offline] etc.
∎ All type of operating system related activities & services (like installation, repairing, diagnosis) has to be accomplished.
∎ Provide all type of hardware support of desktop, printer, motherboard, scanner, Monitor etc.
∎ To attended all telephone calls & mail corresponding, communicate and update to customer.
∎ Daily/Regular basic reporting to service head and maintain the TAT.
∎ Share long pending/billing issues regularly with RMA head.
∎ Ready to provide on call support & onsite support when required.
