Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
∎ Set clear sales goals and develop strategies to accomplish.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates
∎ Maintaining and increasing/Achieved sales target.
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for responsible area.
∎ Increasing business opportunity through various routes to market
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivation them to reach targets.
∎ Willing to work in different regions of Bangladesh.
