∎ Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Digital marketing and social media proficiency.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ A passion for travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract individual guests, corporate clients, and event organizers.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate accounts, and other hospitality partners.
∎ Create and manage promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to enhance brand visibility and occupancy rates.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
∎ Oversee the resort’s social media presence and coordinate with creative teams for content and branding.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the resort.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
