Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities of the ideal candidate:
∎ (Saturday to Thursday)
∎ Prospect leads and acquire qualified students who are interested in studying abroad and provide strategic guidance to connect them with the right educational institution based on their needs.
∎ Perform a range of outbound sales and account management activities (calls, e-mails, CRM logging, virtual meetings with potential international students every day).
∎ Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
∎ Increase brand presence, lead generation, customer acquisition in specified target markets aligned with company objectives.
∎ Manage a portfolio of student accounts to achieve long-term success and develop positive relationships with clients.
∎ Develop and maintain high levels of customer interaction, conversion and lead generation.
∎ Develop and implement strategic promotional strategies to publicise Connected's services and increase customer acquisition.
∎ Report on the status of accounts and transactions
∎ Communicate with higher ed institutions on behalf of students.
∎ Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
∎ Work in collaboration with Management & Marketing Team to suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Perform relevant tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in preferable but we will consider fresh graduates, or experience in other fields such as customer service.
∎ Good English is an advantage

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Your base salary will be reviewed after your 3 months probation period.
