Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
∎ Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns
∎ Promote and sell resort packages, memberships, and special offers
∎ Process payments and maintain accurate records
∎ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
∎ We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our resort team as a Sales and Reception Associate. This role involves handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, promoting resort packages, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to upsell resort services. Prior experience in hospitality or sales is a plus.
