Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and order placement.
∎ Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
∎ Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
∎ Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and scheduling.
∎ Monitor stock levels and provide updates on product availability.
∎ Follow up on payments and assist with collections.
∎ Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.
∎ Provide administrative support to the sales department.
