Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Growth Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase showroom and online sales.
∎ Analyze customer trends and optimize pricing, offers, and upselling strategies.
∎ Set clear sales targets and ensure the team achieves them.
∎ Establish a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
∎ Work with designers to ensure wedding cards and marketing materials align with brand aesthetics.
∎ Develop and manage social media campaigns in collaboration with the media buyer.
∎ Plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, and collaborations with influencers/wedding planners.
∎ Train and mentor the sales & showroom team to improve client interactions.
∎ Ensure an exceptional customer experience from showroom visits to final delivery.
∎ Monitor client feedback and make improvements to SD’s brand approach.- Performance Analysis & Reporting
∎ Track sales KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
∎ Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust branding and pricing strategies.
∎ Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales & Brand Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive sales growth.As the Sales & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy, strengthening SD’s brand identity, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will lead the sales team, manage brand positioning, and implement marketing initiatives to increase revenue.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue
