Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-5 years of experience in related field (specially in pharma industry) will be preferred.
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Candidate who has similar position in FMCG/Pharma industry will be given preference.
∎ Familiarity with medicated cosmetics and their market dynamics
∎ Strong understanding of consumer product marketing.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Experience Requirements

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order processing, invoicing and Preparing sales reports and sales forecasts
∎ Maintaining sales records and databases Managing customer accounts and updating CRM
∎ Monitoring stock availability and coordinating with inventory management
∎ Handling pricing updates and promotional schemes
∎ Acting as the liaison between the sales team, production, and logistics
∎ Coordinating with regional sales teams for order fulfillment
∎ Supporting the sales team with necessary documents, contracts, and proposals
∎ Ensuring timely delivery of products in coordination with supply chain
∎ Communicating with Doctors and retailers regarding sales orders and issues
∎ Handling customer inquiries and complaints and providing after-sales support and follow-up
∎ Managing feedback and communicating customer needs to the relevant departments
∎ Assisting in sales strategy meetings and preparing presentations for management
∎ Coordinating with marketing for promotional activities Field visit through the country.

To support our new team, we are looking for the following position.
